Learning AI together, without the jargon

AI Plainly is built for people who already have years of experience – not for people who grew up with AI and tech tools.

Many of the professionals I work with tell me the same things:

• “I feel like my experience doesn’t show properly on my CV.”
• “I’m worried my age and lack of AI skills are putting me at a disadvantage.”
• “I’ve heard about ChatGPT, but I don’t know where to start without feeling silly.”

In my workshops, we keep everything grounded and practical. We focus on:

• Your real CV and LinkedIn profile
• Clear, step-by-step use of AI tools to improve your wording
• Simple prompts and checklists you can reuse after the session

I’m not a recruiter and I don’t search for jobs on your behalf. What I do is help you build confidence with AI and create clearer applications, so you can approach employers knowing you’re starting to meet their expectations around AI skills – without pretending to be a tech expert.

As AI Plainly grows, the community will become the place where jobseekers share wins, ask questions about prompts, and support one another through redundancy, career changes and new applications. For now, that starts with our in-person workshops and free AI toolkit – and will grow into a dedicated online space for ongoing support.
